MAX “A HOME AWAY FROM HOME”
Had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home in July 2017 and would absolutely return. Nestled in the Tuscan countryside, the villa is well located for day trips to Cinque Terre and a number of beautiful nearby villages. The house itself is fully-equipped, finished to a very high standard and boasts plenty of room. Perhaps the highlight is the outdoor area where the pool is a stones throw from the kitchen and outdoor seating area/BBQ. Perfect for families/groups of friends or even a couple looking for a bit of privacy!

The house was just as we expected, beautiful, with everything we needed. When we arrived Sabrina was there to greet us, and show us around the house as well as giving us lot’s of information about activities we could do, places to shop and which restaurants to visit. It is the perfect place to simply enjoy the weather , relax or have fun around the pool. The pool was a salt water pool which was a refreshing change from the chlorine pools that sting your eyes. We visited Pisa which was just over an hour away, which was fantastic to actually see the leaning tower close up. We also had a lovely evening at a local restaurant where the wine was good and the pizzas were superb. All in all we had a great holiday, and Sabrina was always contactable if we needed help , she even organised croissants to be delivered to the house in the morning, nothing was too much trouble. A great time was had by all. Many thanks Sabrina.

Villa de caractère avec beaucoup de charme bien équipée, piscine et terrasse pour passer des moments exceptionnels et profiter des belles soirées. Sans oublier la visite des Cinq Terre en train avec randonnées et en bateau à partir de Portovenere mais également Pontremoli, les carrières de marbres à Carrare et les plages proches de Lerici. Bref Super séjour ! Et… que dire de Sabrina : elle nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a été aux petits soins ! Un grand Merci à elle pour ses bonnes adresses et ses délicates attentions.

We have rented many beautiful villas over the years in different countries around the world but words can not express how lovely this property is and how friendly and helpful Sabrina (the host) was! From the moment we picked this property and reserved it, Sabrina sent us lots of helpful tips to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and to help us make the most of our precious time in Italy. She is very friendly and warm, attentive to every small detail and made us feel very special. The vila is really stylish, equipped with absolutely every amenity you need and more. All the rooms were prepared to a very high standard, there were 3 towels per person (or more) and lots of thoughtful touches such us fresh strawberries, tomatoes, flowers, etc. even a chilled bottle of wine awaiting to be enjoyed by the lovely pool or on the terrace. The house is very spacious and extremely clean and there are many games to keep you and your family /friends entertained. The views from the house are breathtaking, being surrounded by mountains and vineyards and is very peaceful. There is plenty to do around, including visiting the famous Cinque Terre, Pisa, Parma, Sarzana,etc. not to mention the many medieval towns..or you can just relax by the pool. There are lovely family run restaurants within 10min from the vila, where you can enjoy fresh local cuisine,most of them located in pretty picturesque medieval villages. We had fresh croissants and bread delivered to the door in the morning, ready to be enjoyed for breakfast. Delicious! We followed Sabrina’s advice and believe me, we were not disappointed! We have never met such a lovely and helpful host before! All six of us thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days stay at T’Abita Casale and we can not wait to return to this little corner of heaven. Thank you Sabrina for making our Italian experience such a wonderful one!

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt Eine Waschmitteln, Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir wurden mit diversen Köstlichkeiten versorgt. Es gab sogar ein Brötchenservice. Die Inhaberin war sehr um uns bemüht. Hat uns mit Informationen rund um die Gegend versorgt. Für Kinder ist es ein Traum. Ein großer Pool, Tischtennis, Tischkicker und Trampolin standen zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits vom Tourismus. Dies war aber von uns so gewünscht. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

The house is a beautiful renovated farmhouse with pool in Tuscany, in driving distance to Cinque Terre and Pisa. Very well maintained. Clean, very nice pool, fireplace, lots of ammenities. Tabita is an excellent host! We enjoyed the Panigacci experience very much. She had lots of very helpful tips for local experiences and eating out. Super experience!

The house is simply devine, extremely well maintained, a lot of character, well kept and beautifully furnished Inc WIFI, Netflix etc. The village is very charming and typically Italian. The owner, Sabrina was extremely professional, welcoming and courteous Inc recommending local restaurants, tours and things to do. All in all, The best Airbnb experience!! Highly recommended!! Also, the cleanliness of the house was very impressive, which is something I really appreciate. There are some of her recommendations we loved that are worth to mention, as The Pizza place at Villa Franca, the stunning beach at Lerici and the Jeep Tour with Paolo, to learn about Marble Extractions. Sabrina, I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done to make my family happy.

イタリア各地を旅する事が大好きな日本人です。今回は初めてトスカーナ州北部のLunigianaを訪れました。トスカーナのイメージを覆す、素晴らしい滞在となりました。まずはオーナーであるサブリナさんの手厚いもてなしに感謝致します。1300年代に建てられたという石造りの家は隅々まで手入れが行き届いており、快適に過ごすことができました。２階寝室からみえる景色の何と素晴らしいこと！そして高い植木の垣根で囲まれたプールのある庭でお茶をのんだり、読書をしたり。また周辺の同時期に建てられたであろう集落を散歩しながら、中世に想いを巡らせてみたり。澄んだ空気と静穏な環境の中で、心からリラックスすることができました。滞在中はサブリナさんお勧めの観光と食も楽しみました。点在する街やお城巡りは興味深かったです。特にPontremoliにあるお城からの絶景と、その中にある未だ謎の多いLunigianaで発掘された石像のミュージアムは見応えがありました。車を少し走らせてBocca di Magroヘ行って、リグーリア海も眺めました。山と海どちらも満喫しました！食ではトスカーナはもとより、この地はリグーリアとエミリア・ロマーニャに挟まれているので、ここの名物の他、色々なものを味わうことができました。４日間の滞在では廻りきれなかった所を次回訪問の楽しみに！サブリナさん、本当に有難うございました。またお世話になりたいと思います。
VENTURE “BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!”
I have no idea where to start. This trip was carefully planned by myself for my spouse and I plus 2 other couples to celebrate my 40th Birthday. I have made many a trip to Italy but have always wanted to rent a house in Tuscany and feel like a local for a week. Sabrina as a host and her home exceeded our expectations. Her attention to to detail is amazing. She adds special touches to everything and makes you feel like a friend and not just like someone she is doing business with. The house was so beautiful. We really enjoyed how off the beaten path it is yet close enough to major towns and cities. It was about a hours drive to Cinque Terre. About 45 minutes to see the Carrera Marble Quarry and she sent us to the most adorable Vineyard for a wine tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed coming home after a day touring and unwinding outside on the pool front terrace. We had daily breakfast as a group with the Croissants and bread you can have delivered to the house every morning. The house had a modern yet homey feel to it and she’s gone out of her way to add touches for guests such as a Ice Maker. Americans can truly appreciate that. If your a group I highly suggest the Panigacci experience she recommends. Our friends can’t stop talking about it. Think no further, this house and Sabrina’s hospitality is all you need for a memorable “non touristy” vacation of a lifetime. We can’t wait to return. Pontremoli, the neighboring town is so quaint. Make sure you set up a walking tour there.
